Breakfast will no longer be a drag!
I know many people find breakfast a challenging meal to “get right” – often we’re time poor, fighting with fussy kids, or easily get stuck in a breakfast rut. I hear you! I know it can be oh-so easy to just go with cereal or toast or… nothing at all.
I’d like to spend some time with you and show you some fresh ideas that can have you leaving the house in the morning feeling satisfied, energized and not hunting for muffins, coffee and cream buns by 9.30am! I’ve got ideas for everyone – quick week-day breakfasts to more decadent and slow-Sunday morning treats. PLUS – they are all packing a serious nutrition punch and will satisfy your tastebuds.
If you’ve been feeling in a breakfast rut, or if you’re a toast/cereal bandit this is the workshop for you! Allow me to inspire you.
What will we make..?

- Pancakes – who doesn’t love pancakes? I know I do, and they really don’t have to be a sugar laden meal. I’ll show you how.
- Eggs & Veg: the breakfast of champions, we’ll make eggs a few different ways so you can see just how quick they can be whipped up.
- Chia Puddings – these are some densely nutritious little pods of deliciousness! The possibilities really are endless here – let me inspire you with a few of my favorites.
Plus – we’ll chat about other great breakfast ideas, we’ll taste test all of the above and enjoy some classic morning beverages too. Not only are all the recipes great for breakfast – you’ll find them useful snack ideas or speedy lunches and dinners when you just don’t have the time.
