PLUS – I’m a real person….a lot of what I’ve learned is from my own health struggles and journey. So, I get it. I can assure you I am not here to sugar coat things or preach at you and make you feel guilty and incapable, it’s just not how I roll. I am fully aware this is a very personal and often confronting journey.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Nutrition & Gut Health Mentor – I’ve worked with clients with a multitude of concerns, lifestyles and goals. What I’ve learned over the past 8 years is that no two people are the same and it is impossible to follow the exact same protocol and expect results. Therefore, it is really important to me that our sessions are tailored and specific for YOU. I also pride myself is being very down to earth, understanding and approachable – I will listen to you. I will encourage you, and I will nudge you out of your comfort zone.

How’s your digestion? Do you find bloating is a constant concern and you even factor this in around going out for meals and the clothing that you wear? Or perhaps you know just how important Gut Health is…and you want to ensure your gut is firing on all cylinders!

I will guide you over 3 months to help you achieve optimum gut health. Together we look at food, lifestyle factors, signs and symptoms and building your micro-biome.

MONTH ONE: Clear

We take a deep look into your current digestive health, signs, symptoms, we chat about things you’ve noticed or that have changed. Then we look at what your health related goals are – and we break them down into achievable steps.
Here we are prepping you for the next month which involves more substantial dietary changes. Therefore, lets look at doing some really simple food swaps and lifestyle tweaks to support you over the next 2 months. 

MONTH TWO: Heal

This month is all about soothing and healing your gut and digestion. Including a week (or more if required) of just that – foods to specifically soothe and heal your gut so we can then repopulate the good bacteria and strengthen your digestion. During this month we introduce a very potent pro-biotic formula that I swear by! Plus – you get your own starter culture to keep making it at home.  

MONTH THREE: Revive

Okay – what’s working and what’s not? Lets trial a re-introduction of certain foods (if you like) to see how you go. We’ll also amp up the pro and pre-biotic foods to flood your system with healthy bacteria so your microbiome can flourish. I’ll guide you on making your own biome friendly foods, we’ll look at deeper gut healing if required and also discuss how to support your gut health moving forward.

Sessions are available via Phone, Skype or in person.

The package includes 6 x 1-hour personal sessions, and 1 x 30 minute follow up session

We will meet for 1 hour every fortnight over the course of 3 months. In the fourth month we will have a 30 minute check-in

For those that would prefer a face to face session and are located in the Clare Valley this option is available to you on Monday’s (at this stage). Otherwise I am available via phone or Skype so location is not a problem!

Plus I will also be checking in with you each week via e-mail. Support and guidance are always available to you

Together we are going to review your nutrition, look for gaps and also ways to support you with the healing benefits of food. What are your goals? How do you currently feel? MONTH 2: Exercise

Often low energy means the last thing we feel like doing is exercising – or perhaps…you’re over doing it. I can guide you on tailoring your physical activity based on your specific goals and desires. We will work together to have you enjoying exercise and using it to boost your energy

MONTH 3: Restore

Let’s take a look at some less obvious things that can help to boost energy levels. Digestion, gut health, hormones and sleep. I can help you to more clearly see how these may not be working optimally for you and together we will work change it.
